This course will walk you through the fundamentals of getting your home for sale in both the short term and long term. A professional stager will provide you with tips for long-term decisions that will improve your home and simplify your spaces. A home inspector will talk about renovation pitfalls and we'll discuss how you can you work the market so that you sell when the market is high; and plan and invest in your real estate portfolio to make the best financial decisions for you. As a teacher, I have always had a vested interest in education. As a person, I've always wanted to people to make informed decisions. As a REALTOR®, I felt it was important to educate people about the most important financial decision of their lives. As I have met people in real estate, I've come to realise that success in real estate is about realising the potential of a property before everyone else does. That financial success comes from making a series of good decisions. And, those decisions are based on information and knowledge.
